We were the first major pub company to introduce a BIIBAS accredited Code of Practice that clearly outlines our ways of working and commitments to our licensees (our Partners).
 
We believe that leasing a pub offers a low cost, low risk way for those with the ambition and vision to run their own pub business. We own the pub premises and our Partners are self employed. We work in close partnership with them, offering a range of business development support to help maximise the potential of their pub business.
