Pantanas Care centre

Pantanas Care Centre is one of three Care Homes owned by Broadway Care Centre Ltd. It consists of Hillside Care Centre in Brithdir, New Tredegar and Hazlehurst Nursing Home, Penarth, Cardiff. It is a family run business and looks at delivering a high standard of care and support to older people and their families.

Pantanas was first opened in 1995 as a Nursing Home in the historic welsh town of Treharris.  It was registered for 30 beds to meet the needs and requirements of social care. Over time it has adapted and responded to changes by ensuring high quality of staff training and provision of suitable facilities for residents. It continues to provide Nursing and Residential care.

We believe that the Home should be treated as a ‘home away from home’ and therefore value the diversity and individuality of our residents and their families. All residents are treated with dignity and respect by all staff and their needs and wishes are met accordingly.
