Our Agents

Our agent’s role is to visit individuals with outstanding balances due to our clients to negotiate repayment plans/settlement of their account. The agent is responsible for the collection and banking of those payments on a weekly basis, although direct debit or standing order payments can also be set up. Agents must be self motivated, well presented and have good communication skills. All our agents undertake a full training programme by either a supervisor or a specialist trainer before being allowed to carry out any duties for the company. Follow up performance monitoring, coaching and mentoring ensures each agent is able to maximise their earnings potential.
