A Home Care Manager is required for a 34 bedded nursing home in the Town of Cheptsow. This home accomadates 25 EMi beds and further expansion is on the agenda. It is a converted building in an urban location.

They are recruiting a manager with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, with a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage. The role is very much hands on and will require a Manager that is ahppy to work with resdients and staff alike. They need someone who is able to demonstarte a high level of skill and lead by example.

The role will appeal to somone seeking a new challnge where they will be able to make their mark and mould the working routines to how they feel best. You will need to be qualified and have a striong track record.
