Job Responsibilities:

As a Resource Management Administrator, you will be:
  • To ensure the effective, efficient use of all engineering resource by scheduling, distributing and allocating the workload to field based engineers on a daily basis.
  • Regular updating of faults recorded on SAP with progress information and informing customers of progress.
  • Making appointments with customers and allocating appropriate resource for all MAC work as well as preventative/planned visits.
  • Raising of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing using SAP.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain a balance between teamwork and the ability to work unsupervised following standard procedures
  • Needs to be proactive as well as reactive and cope well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Sound customer facing skills and the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
  • Good negotiation skills are required.
  • PC literacy skills and a working knowledge of SAP & Excel.
  • Must have a flexible approach to working.

  • Normal working week is 35 hours based on a changing 5 day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm - plus one hour for lunch.
