Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) for Private Hospital caring for adults within a low to medium secure setting. Based in Royston, Hertfordshire. Excellent salary and career development potential.

Salary:£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD)
• Employer sponsorship for work permits and visa\'s.
• Post qualification experience essential.
• Operational knowledge of the 1983 Mental Health Act is required and some previous experience working with challenging residents is desirable (this includes experience gained through nurse training).
• Good interpersonal, planning and time management skills
• Must demonstrate ability to delegate and monitor the performance of others and basic people management skills.
