This superb 3 star, Rosette accredited property based in beautiful Monmouthshire are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commis/Chef de Partie to join there expanding team.

The role
This exceptional property prides itself on its faultless reputation and incredibly high standards. The hotel is set amongst acres of wonderful parkland, offering guests a unique setting for both conferences and weddings. You will be working with only the finest and freshest local produce to create exceptional dishes for this daily changing menu.

The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
All applicants should have some experience of working in a quality environment as well as the desire to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent and a current food hygiene certificate.
