Job Description
My Client is looking for an experienced RMN to work in their busy hospital dealing with female psychiatric rehabilitation clients.Your duties in brief are :-You will be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient programs of care. You will have a focus on risk assessment and risk assessment strategies, ensuring that the requirements of the care program approach are met.
