Job Description
A Home Care Manager is required for a 34 bedded nursing home in the Town of Chepstow. This home has 25 EMi beds and further expansion is now on the agenda. It is a converted building in an urban location. They are recruiting a manager with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, with a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage. The role is very much hands on and will require a Manager that is happy to work with residents and staff alike. They need someone who is able to demonstrate a high level of skill and lead by example. The role will appeal to someone seeking a new challenge where they will be able to make their mark and mould the working routines to how they feel best. You will need to be qualified and have a strong track record. Should you feel that with the New Year you need a new job - then this may well strike the right chord!
