My client is looking for Customer Care Advisors to be working in the customer complaints departments. For a long term temporary position. The successful candidates will have a excellent telephone manor, excellent customer service skills, be I.T literate and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. General insurance procedural / product knowledge and a knowledge DPA, FSA & TCF would be advantages. Based on the outskirts of Newport Junction 28 of the M4.
